Our second Friday of the month laundry night at Brax Laundry proves to be a very full event! On May 12, 19 neighbors joined us, washing and drying 4 small loads, 15 mediums and 13 larges…that is A LOT of laundry! We are super duper thankful for our amazing staff and volunteers who pull off this event every month, and for the support of Max and Brad, owners of Brax. Not only do they sponsor the event, they also volunteer alongside us!
We also had a whopping 8 giant bags of clothing donated so we washed and dried it at the event and were able to send some of it home with folks as it came out of the dryers!
